Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your mobile phone number (used for one-time-password sign-in), your chosen username, display name, and any profile details you add (bio, links, media-kit content).

Content you create: ideas, projects, calendar entries, production tasks, assets you upload, and brand collaboration requests you send or receive.

Connected social account data: when you connect a social account, we access data you authorize through that platform's official API (see the YouTube and Meta sections below).

Payment information: subscription and payment records are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate your account, publish your public collaboration profile, deliver brand inquiries to you, display your social analytics, process subscriptions, send service notifications, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.

3. YouTube / Google Data (YouTube API Services)

RoyesCollab uses YouTube API Services to let you connect your YouTube channel. By connecting, you authorize us to read public and channel-level statistics (such as your subscriber count, total views, and video count) using the read-only scope youtube.readonly. We use this data solely to display your analytics and growth inside your RoyesCollab dashboard.

Our use of information received from YouTube API Services adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke RoyesCollab's access to your YouTube data at any time by disconnecting the account inside the app, or via your Google security settings. When you disconnect, we delete the stored authorization tokens and associated synced metrics for that channel.

4. Meta (Instagram & Facebook) Data

If you connect Instagram or Facebook, we access the metrics you authorize through Meta's Graph API (such as follower counts and post counts for your business/creator account) to display them in your dashboard.

To provide analytics, RoyesCollab may request the following Meta permissions: for Facebook, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and read_insights; for Instagram, instagram_basic and instagram_manage_insights. These are used only to find the Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts you authorize, read permitted profile and content information, retrieve Page and Instagram analytics and insights, and display those analytics inside RoyesCollab. RoyesCollab does not publish posts, manage messages, or edit your content.

You can disconnect at any time from Social Analytics. To request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions (https://royescollab.com/data-deletion).

5. Data Storage & Security

Authorization tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete connected social accounts at any time, and you may request deletion of your RoyesCollab account and associated data by contacting support@royescollab.com.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver core functionality, including Google/YouTube, Meta, Twilio (SMS one-time passwords), and Razorpay (payments). Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
