These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoyesCollab. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RoyesCollab is a creator-business platform that provides content planning, workflow tools, social analytics, a public collaboration profile, media-kit tools, and brand-deal management. RoyesCollab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide a valid mobile number to create an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Connected Social Accounts
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize RoyesCollab to access the data described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of YouTube features is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each connected platform.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled. Pricing is shown at checkout and varies by region. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or use the platform to violate any law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. RoyesCollab retains all rights to the platform itself.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoyesCollab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
